Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all services provided by PixelStation. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

Services

PixelStation provides Shopify website design, development, and related digital services. All services are customised based on the package selected and client requirements.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth project, clients agree to:

  • Provide all required content (text, images, branding) in a timely manner

  • Respond to communication and approvals promptly

  • Ensure they have the rights to use any content supplied

Delays in providing content or feedback may impact project timelines.

Payments

All prices are listed in NZD unless otherwise stated.
Full payment or a deposit may be required before work begins.

Invoices must be paid by the due date. Failure to do so may result in project delays or suspension.

Revisions

We include a reasonable number of revisions within each package to achieve the agreed outcome. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may incur extra charges.

Project Scope

The scope of work is based on the selected package (e.g., number of pages, features, integrations). Any additional work requested outside this scope will be quoted separately.

Timelines

Estimated timeframes are provided as a guide and may vary depending on:

  • Project complexity

  • Client responsiveness

  • Third-party integrations

PixelStation is not responsible for delays caused by external factors or client delays.

Third-Party Services

Our services may include integration with third-party platforms (such as Shopify apps or tools). We are not responsible for:

  • Changes in third-party pricing or features

  • Downtime or technical issues from these services

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the final website design and content created by PixelStation are transferred to the client.

PixelStation retains the right to:

  • Showcase completed work in our portfolio

  • Use project examples for marketing purposes

Post-Launch Support

Support is provided for the period outlined in your package (e.g., 1 month). This includes minor fixes and guidance only. Ongoing support or additional work may require a separate agreement.

Limitation of Liability

PixelStation is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities

  • Website downtime or technical issues beyond our control

  • Errors resulting from client-provided content

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments are not made

  • Communication breaks down

  • Terms are breached

No refunds will be issued for work already completed.

Compliance with New Zealand Law

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable New Zealand laws.

Changes to Terms

PixelStation may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
